How We Took a Team from 3 Reels/Week to 12 Reels/Day

Sol8um built an AI content system for Matrix Academy that increased reel output 30x and hit 100K+ views per reel. Full case study breakdown.

The Problem Nobody Talks About

Matrix Academy is a coaching institute in Sikar. They had a social media team. They were posting. They were doing the work.

3-4 reels per week. Decent production. Reasonable effort.

And the views were limited. Not terrible. Not good. Just... flat.

Here's what most people get wrong about content: the bottleneck is almost never quality. It's volume and velocity. Instagram's algorithm in 2026 rewards consistency above almost everything else. Posting 3 times a week means the algorithm forgets you exist between posts. Posting 12 times a day means you're training the algorithm to push you.

Matrix Academy's team knew this. They just couldn't execute it. Not because they were lazy. Because the math didn't work. Each reel took 2-3 hours of scripting, editing, captioning, and posting. Three reels ate an entire workday. Twelve per day? That would require a team of 15 people.

Or one AI system.

What We Actually Built

We didn't hand them a ChatGPT login and wish them luck. We architected a full content automation system and deployed it on their servers.

Here's every layer:

  1. AI Content Strategy System

Before touching automation, we mapped their content universe. What topics resonate with their audience? What formats perform? What hooks stop the scroll?

We built an AI-powered ideation engine that mines trending topics in education, cross-references them with Matrix Academy's subject areas, and generates content briefs โ€” complete with hooks, scripts, and CTAs.

One content brief feeds the entire pipeline below.

  2. Script-to-Video Generation Pipeline

This is where it gets interesting. We wired agentic n8n workflows that take a single content brief and produce a finished reel โ€” no human editing required.

    The flow:

    • Claude API generates the script (hook, body, CTA) tuned to Matrix Academy's brand voice

    • ElevenLabs converts the script to a voiceover โ€” cloned from their team's actual voices

    • Creatomate renders the final video from templates: text overlays, B-roll transitions, branded intros/outros, captions baked in

One input. One finished reel. Under 90 seconds of human involvement.

  3. Content Repurposing Engine

One topic doesn't mean one post. We built a repurposing layer that takes a single content brief and generates:

    • A 30-second reel (primary format)

    • A carousel version (key points as slides)

    • A text-only caption version (for feed posts)

    • A story teaser version

One idea becomes four pieces of content. Multiply that by 12 topics per day and you understand the output explosion.

  4. Team AI Training

This is the part most agencies skip โ€” and it's the part that matters most.

We trained Matrix Academy's in-house team on every tool in the stack. Script generation with Claude. Voice cloning with ElevenLabs. Template editing in Creatomate. Workflow management in n8n.

Why? Because the system was built to run without us.

  5. Self-Hosted Infrastructure

Every workflow. Every template. Every API connection. Deployed on Matrix Academy's own servers. Zero dependency on Sol8um.

If we disappeared tomorrow, their system keeps running. That's the difference between a service and a system. A service stops when you stop paying. A system runs forever.

The Numbers

Let's talk results.

Before Sol8um:

  • 3-4 reels per week

  • Limited views (low thousands)

  • Team spending full days on content production

  • No scalable process

After Sol8um:

  • 12 reels per day (30x increase in output)

  • 100,000+ views per reel (from limited to six-figure views)

  • Team became self-sufficient with AI tools

  • System runs on their own infrastructure

  • Content ideation, scripting, rendering, and scheduling all automated

The 30x output increase isn't even the headline. The headline is this: the team went from spending their entire week on content to spending minutes approving it.

They got their time back. And the content got better, because the AI system could test more hooks, iterate faster, and publish at the exact times their audience was active.

The Tech Stack

Here's exactly what powers the system:

๐Ÿ”ง n8n (self-hosted) โ€” Workflow Orchestration
Connects every API. Runs the entire pipeline. Open-source and free to self-host.

โœ๏ธ Claude API โ€” Script + Caption Generation
Best writing quality for educational content. Runs at approximately $10/month.

๐ŸŽ™๏ธ ElevenLabs โ€” AI Voiceover + Voice Cloning
Authentic voiceovers in the team's own voices. Just $5/month.

๐ŸŽฌ Creatomate โ€” Video + Image Rendering
Template-based video generation via API. $54/month.

Total system cost: under $70/month to produce 300+ pieces of content.

That's $0.23 per piece of content. A freelance video editor charges $50โ€“100 per reel.

What's Changed Since We Built This

The Matrix Academy system was built with n8n agentic workflows and direct API integrations. It was already powerful.

But the AI landscape in February 2026 has made this kind of system even more capable.

Claude Opus 4.6 โ€” released February 5, 2026 โ€” brought 1M token context and Agent Teams. That means AI agents can now handle parallel subtasks: one agent writes scripts while another researches trending topics while a third optimizes posting schedules. All coordinated. All autonomous.

Anthropic just shipped Sonnet 4.6 on February 17 โ€” a faster, cheaper model for high-volume tasks. Perfect for the repurposing layer where speed matters more than depth.

OpenClaw โ€” the open-source autonomous AI agent that hit 145K GitHub stars โ€” means we can now deploy fully autonomous content agents on client servers. Agents that don't just generate content, but monitor performance, adjust strategy, and optimize in real time.

n8n 2.0 added human-in-the-loop gates, MCP integration, and a built-in AI agent builder. That means the approval workflows we built manually for Matrix Academy now come built into the platform.

If we built the Matrix Academy system today, it would be more autonomous, more intelligent, and even cheaper to run. The agentic AI era isn't coming. It's here.

What This Means for Your Business

Matrix Academy is a coaching institute in Sikar. Not a Silicon Valley startup. Not a Fortune 500.

If they can go from 3 reels/week to 12 reels/day with AI automation, your business can too. The tools are the same. The approach is the same. The only variable is whether you build the system.

Every day you spend manually creating content is a day your competitors could be automating it. The gap between businesses that automate and businesses that don't is becoming permanent.

Don't sleep on the clock.
